"We just had a very impressive service experience with Michael. In the midst of some very hot, dry weather our air conditioner, which is quite old and temper-mental suddenly gave out. Because of some health concerns I do not tolerate heat well. Michael responded promptly, was very courteous and professional. He had us up and running again in a couple of hours. His charges were reasonable. Needless to say we were very satisfied and since we know our unit will need replacing in the near future I have no doubt who will get our business."
